Klar, man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass hier kein Wunderheiler am Werk ist, der dir sofort Gedanken lesen kann. Manchmal wären noch mehr Beispiele aus dem echten Leben hilfreich gewesen, um die einzelnen Techniken noch greifbarer zu machen. Und ja, an manchen Stellen wird’s fast ein bisschen sehr technokratisch – weniger Kaffee, mehr Praxis-Anekdoten hätte ich mir gewünscht.
